All the information that is provided under ‘CTU Recruits’ is geared towards you proactively preparing yourself from beginning to end, from preparing your CV, to how to conduct yourself during the interview!  Take a bit of time to read all the guidelines and tips!  Writing down of answers, getting a friend or family to conduct a mock interview with you is really a good way to prep yourself!  And hey, a bit of practice in front of the mirror can do no harm either!
